This sound bath workshop emphasizes connection with the heart chakra. Participants lay in a restful posture and allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to wash over them. Crystal singing bowls are played during this workshop to help clear energy and further nourish the body and soul while you are guided into rest. The sound waves of crystal singing bowls help to both nourish and energize the nervous system. The vibrations help to shift stuck or blocked energy and restore balance to the body. They also help guide the mind and body into a state of relaxation.
We are so excited to be offering a workshop on Selfcare for Low Back and Hip Pain with local Chiropractor Mike Noonan, from Augat Chiropractic. This workshop will begin with a slideshow explaining the causes and trigger points of low back pain and then move into a hands-on demonstration of how to find your own trigger points and relieve your back pain. Each participant will have the opportunity to get on the table and have a chiropractor help them identify their trigger points and learn what tools they can use for self-treatment. Come learn how to better take care of your low back and relieve pain!

This monthly workshop series will focus on popular Sanskrit mantras for your daily practice. Our 3-day Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is designed for anyone interested in deepening their aerial yoga practice, whether or not you're already a yoga instructor. The training covers safety, proper alignment, modifications, and sequencing, with a focus on clear cueing and fun learning. This Aerial Yin Yoga teacher training will provide you with the tools to safely and confidently instruct and share the benefits of Aerial Yin Yoga. You will gain a foundational understanding of yin yoga in the aerial hammocks and aerial yin yoga specific considerations and sequencing.
