Description

Our training emphasizes safety and fun with clear, concise cueing and sequencing. Aerial Yoga Poses are broken down into digestible steps including modifications and considerations.

This training is a 3-day weekend intensive where students practice aerial yoga poses and sequences while learning about contraindications, correct alignment, safety considerations, and modifications. During the 3-day weekend students will also have time to practice teaching to their classmates.

Students are asked to observe public classes at the studio and create an aerial yoga sequence to teach in a community class after the 3-day intensive weekend.

Led by Leah Titcomb, E-RYT, and studio lead teachers, this aerial yoga teacher training will provide you with the tools to safely and confidently instruct and share the benefits of aerial yoga.
