Women’s Canoeing & Yoga

July 19-21, 2024 Rangeley, Maine

Learn the skills to feel confident canoeing on the water in all conditions and enjoy the company of others on this retreat. Listen to the loons on the lake, enjoy the summer sun and center yourself in the canoe. Practice, learn, play and paddle! Learn to feel balanced and centered while you paddle in the stern or bow, pass the snacks or canoe over a wave. Practice paddle techniques, body positioning and maybe even play around with balancing on the gunwales!

Center yourself and refine your paddle strokes, practice yoga for canoers and let someone else plan the logistics and make all the meals! Enjoy the comfort of a bed at night in a classic Maine cabin (with running water and electricity) and food by our own personal retreat chef. Enjoy the outdoors and deepen your yoga practice while surrounded by the beauty of the woods and water.

Sit quietly by the water, laugh as you do yoga in your canoe, breathe deeply during your yoga practice and enjoy the company of others on guided canoe adventures. Held in iconic Rangeley, Maine in the heart of the mountains and lakes regions. Click here for a SAMPLE RETREAT SCHEDULE
