Studio Policies

    • We prefer that you stay through the end of class to avoid disturbing others during Savasana; this allows everyone a few minutes of undisturbed rest.

    • Listen to your body and always practice safely and to your ability of the day.

    • If you have any health concerns about your ability to practice yoga please let us know before class starts and always consult your physician.

    • We have yoga mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters and other props for you to use free of charge if you wish.

    • Please cancel your class as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to class.

    • You may cancel your reserved spot in class by logging in to punchpass, clicking the class you signed up for and clicking ‘move or cancel reservation’.

    • A 12-hour cancellation notice is required, or you will be charged for the class. If you are feeling sick prior to class please cancel your reservation and email us. We may waive cancellation charges due to unforeseen illness.

  • If local schools have a snowday the studio will also be closed so everyone can stay off the roads and stay safe.

The schedule will show that the class is canceled and if you have signed up for the class you will also get an email notification.

If the studio is closed or we cancel a class you will be refunded in full for regularly scheduled classes. Workshops may be rescheduled and you will have the option to cancel your reservation.

    • Make sure to check in at the welcome desk and let us know your name when you arrive so we can check you in.

    • All new students are required to fill out a waiver before their first class.

    • Hang your coats and bags and leave your shoes in the studio entrance area under the bench.

    • Please silence your cell phone.

    • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get settled on your mat or in the aerial hammocks.

    • If you’re late your spot may be given to the next student on the waitlist. If your spot has not been given away please enter the studio very quietly. If you do not arrive 5 min before the start of class you may lose your reservation and you will still be charged for the class.

  • If you bring water, please make sure the bottle has a lid so it won’t spill.

Attending Aerial Yoga

Because of the limited number of hammocks and the high demand for our Aerial classes, we have implemented the following policies.

    • Please do not sign up for aerial yoga without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant, have very high or very low blood pressure, have had any recent surgery or herniated or slipped discs or received botox within the last two weeks.

    • The hammocks can hold up to $1,000 pounds—the size of an elephant—so they can hold you!

    • There are many different types of aerial yoga to choose from-click here to find the style that best fits your practice, body and comfort level! All are welcome!

  • There are a limited number of hammocks so make sure to register for class ahead of time— you don’t want to arrive to find yourself without a hammock!

View the studio schedule and sign up for classes here.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. Students who do not arrive at least 10 minutes early may not have their hammocks adjusted. This is to avoid making students who arrive on time wait.

    • You DO need a yoga mat! Bring yours or use one from the studio.

    • Come 10 minutes early so we can fit the fabric to your height.

    • It is best to wear closer fitting, stretchy clothing and no jewelry that would snag on the hammock fabric.

    • Please don’t wear anything with zippers or buttons—they can snag the soft silk fabrics.

    • Please don’t wear long earrings, bracelets or rings with a large stone— they can snag and damage the soft silk fabrics.

    • Please make sure your feet are clean before getting into the aerial hammocks.
