Yoga Rooted in Nature

Give yourself a relaxing weekend exploring the woods and mountains on guided hikes, breath deeply while practicing yoga in nature, bask in aromatherapy all while enjoying the comfort of a bed at night in a classic Maine cabin and food by our own personal retreat chef. Participants Will:

  • Don’t need to be ‘outdoorsy’ or own the ‘right’ gear

  • Only need to take a weekend off

  • Often come by themselves

  • Don't need to be 'yoga experts'

All are welcome—come reground and renew! Arrival between 5-6PM on Friday, departure on Sunday. Price includes, lodging, catered meals, daily adventures, yoga practice & social hour.


Each day, we facilitate 2 yoga practices and a short reflection meditation to take advantage of the natural rhythms of the body: an energizing morning practice, a mid-day mediation during our hike, and a relaxing restorative evening practice. Cost: $575.00 before Sept 1. $675 after. Registration Closes September 20th.

Currently all participants are required to provide proof of an at home COVID negative test 48 hrs before start date, regardless of vaccination status.


Yoga retreats include high-quality daily yoga classes, delicious meals, comfortable accommodations, relaxation, and exploratory adventures through natural wonders. You will leave a yoga retreat feeling re-grounded and renewed. 

Yoga practice promotes physical, mental and spiritual health. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, endurance, balance and alignment through awareness of the body’s sensations and the breath. This retreat is appropriate for the novice and experienced practitioner.
