In this monthly workshop series we'll:
learn the basic foundational principles of Vedic chanting
practice the sounds in the Sanskrit alphabet
learn a new mantra (or two) each month with correct pronunciation
have a conversation about word meaning and context
enjoy a group chanting practice
This workshop is for you if:
you have a hard time focusing in seated meditation and would to develop greater concentration
